What is a Fractional EOS Integrator?
A Fractional EOS Integrator performs the operational Integrator role on a part-time basis. The role aligns the leadership team and helps make EOS tools—Level 10 Meetings, Rocks, scorecards, the Issues List and accountability—part of how the business operates every week.
What the role owns
- Leadership-team alignment and accountability.
- A consistent meeting and issue-solving rhythm.
- Visible quarterly priorities and meaningful scorecards.
- Clear ownership and follow-through across the leadership team.
- Working alignment between the Visionary and Integrator seats.
When the role is appropriate
The role is relevant when a founder-led business is using, introducing or attempting to use EOS but execution still repeatedly returns to the founder. It can provide senior operating capacity without requiring an immediate full-time appointment.
It is not a substitute for a permanent executive where full-time capacity is already required, and it is not limited to explaining the EOS framework from outside the business.
How Sylvie works
Sylvie Cowell works from inside the leadership team, with the goal of establishing operating structures and habits the business can eventually sustain with less fractional support.
