Fractional EOS Integration is for businesses already running EOS, attempting it, or ready to introduce it properly. Level 10 meetings that produce decisions, scorecards people actually use, owned Rocks, a disciplined issues list, and a Visionary and Integrator who are finally aligned.
The Road Map session
£2,500. Optional, and it comes off your first phase if you go ahead.
For when you know something needs to change but not what to change first. Half a day working through how the business actually operates: roles, decisions, priorities, meetings and numbers.
- A structured working session, not a presentation
- A written road map setting out what to change, in what order, and why
- Three follow-up calls over the following weeks, to hold progress once you are back in the day-to-day
If you go on to an embedded engagement within 90 days, the full £2,500 is credited against phase one. Which means it costs you nothing if you continue, and still leaves you with something useful if you don't.

This only works as a two-way commitment.
I am not an advisor and I am not a business manager. I am not there to take the problem off your desk and hand it back solved.
- The protected day, every week. It does not move because the week got difficult.
- Real time spent working on the business, with my support rather than in place of it.
- A willingness to be challenged on things you have always done, including how you lead. That conversation is rarely the first one we have but it is almost always a necessary one.
If you are looking for someone to take it all on and run it for you, you have the wrong person, and honestly, you would be the wrong client for me.
Who this works for.
Founder-led businesses of roughly eight to thirty people, typically turning over between half a million and five million pounds, in professional and knowledge-based sectors. Mortgage brokerages, technology businesses, advisory firms, agencies.
I hold four embedded engagements at a time, which works out at around seven a year. That is arithmetic rather than false scarcity. A protected day a week each, done properly, does not stretch further.
If the timing does not line up, I will tell you when the next phase starts rather than squeeze you in. Waiting six weeks for someone with capacity is better than starting with someone who has none.
Start with the conversation.
Forty-five minutes, no preparation, and no obligation to go any further. If what you need is not me, I will tell you that too.
