Data and Technology Services is a technology company operating in the smart home and business security space.

As Director, I was leading a growing and capable team while remaining heavily involved across multiple areas of the business. As the company scaled, balancing strategic leadership with day-to-day operations became increasingly difficult.

With clear ownership in place, team members are now confident making decisions independently, reducing reliance on the Director for approvals. This has removed bottlenecks and significantly improved the pace of decision-making.
